Step 1. Submit your application

Once you submit your application, it will be reviewed by our talent team. We will carefully assess each application, specifically measuring:

If you have the relevant marketing experience
Your industry knowledge

Step 2. Screening call with our team

If your application has caught our eye, we will set up screening call(s) to get to know you a bit better! These will be informal chats to get to know more about your background and experience.

Step 3. Take home technical task

If our chat goes well, we will give you a technical task to assess your knowledge and skills. This is the last step, before being welcomed into the A-player community!

Step 4. Become part of our community

If we think you are a great fit for our community, you will get to meet all of the A-player community members, have a meet and greet with the Marketing Pros team, and get added to our community slack channel.

Step 5. Match-making with clients

Once you are a part of our community, we will immediately start matching you with the clients we feel are the best fit and get the ball rolling with the interview process.
